Applied online through their site for a Research Assistant. Was invited via email a week or two following my application for a phone screening. This was then followed by on-site interviews (still notified via email).

Interview
One phone screening that lasted about 15 mins and a multi-round interview that was 2 hours (two 30 min interviews and one mock assessment that was 1 hour). The two 30 minute interviews were through microsoft teams and the mock assessment was not supervised. they give you a task/prompt and then you have one hour to submit it.

What is your understanding of the role that you have applied to?
the interviewer was nice,but they should give more clear feedback.i can;t really tell what they want.and the mocktest was conplicated.they should change the system. but over all they were really nice,but should reply earlier
