Recruiting manager was a pleasure to speak with for an initial screening call. After that I had a case interview with on of the Consulting Managers. Unfortunately the process did not move forward after that.

Question 1
Straightforward case interview asking about market sizing and potential revenue
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Guidehouse (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
It began with an introductory interview, then progressed to an interview with a director, a prepared case interview, and an on-the-spot case interview. The first round interview was fairly relaxed.
Initial interview was a spot case and behavioral questions. The final interview was 4 hours. I talked with multiple people and it was a mix of a case presentation, behavioral questions, and a spot case.
