Interview
A 2 stage process starting with a call with the Client Services Director and then a strength based interview; again with the Client Services Director and also the outgoing Client Services Manager.
Straight forward, positive experience with lots of opportunity to ask questions and build rapport with my future line manager.
Emma was really supportive as a recruiter throughout the process, and was always on hand to answer any questions, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for.
Worth noting that they were incredibly flexible around my availability to interview which was much appreciated.
Great experience. Emma from the talent team gave full overview of the company, culture and the role. Was kept informed at each step. Completed strength based interview . Follow up call received. Overall very good first impression.
