My first interview was with three of their actuarial employees. Each asked standard preliminary and behavioral questions. They referenced my resume, which was nice and refreshing because there was more substance to discuss once my resume was introduced into the conversation.

Question 1
Describe one time where something you said was misunderstood by the other party, and how did you deal the situation?
Was invited to NYC office for interview after talking to a company representative in a career fair. Three actuaries interviewed me individually, each for about 30 minutes.
The first guys asked some questions regarding insurance policies. The second student asked behavioral questions such as "tell me one creative thing that you have done". The third interviewer mainly let me talk.
