Interview with HR very structured, standard questions. Describe your skill set etc. Then proceeded to interview with Manager and Team member. Overall process was 2 hours max. They do have a defined contribution plan which is a bit unusual given employers are really limiting benefits.

Why Guardian. What information did I know about the organization/company. Why I was an ideal candidate. Describing my background and why it was a good fit. How I could add value to the Company. They are very sensitive to salary so do not expect to pay scale to be industry standard.
