Quick meet and greet with Executive director - ran background checks and hired on the spot. Scheduler was not the position - it entailed a lot more - I ran the ENTIRE office alone. I received 2 days training and was put in my office alone. I did not have any support team to reach out to for questions. I was not given any tools needed to work, office was furnished at bare minimum, file cabinets did not lock, they were dented, pretty much left over office furniture from the facilities store room after upgrades were made. Office was in an old maintenance room, had an electrical access panel on one wall and the ceiling leaked from the showers on 2nd floor.
