Excellent experience from both the interviewer and recruiter. The interviewers were friendly and professional and asked challenging questions. Overall it was quite good and highly recommended. The interview was with the manager and the human resource manager.

two interviews - one on phone, one in person. Was referred to the job by a personal reference so did not have to apply through HR. However, when I was hired, I became the hiring manager. The process was submitting an application on line and it was forwarded to me for review. If I liked the candidate, I would have my assistant call and do a screening interview. If they liked them, I would schedule an in person interview. I asked situational questions to assess critical thinking and skill set.
