You will sit down with the owner and his daughter. They will ask your standard interview questions, and since they will take almost anyone since the turnover is so high there, they will want you to shadow during your interview. DO NOT ACCEPT unpaid shadowing time. They will still offer you the job regardless. Do yourself a favor and just decline the offer no matter how desperate you are.

Sat down with President and Vice President had a great conversation about myself, the role and expectations for both sides. Discussed benefits and compensation at the end. Proceeded to then shadow an account manager to see what a typical day was.
