Interview
To get on at Grundfos, I had a phone interview with Human Resources. Which was not terribly complicated. Then I got the chance to be interviewed in front of a panel of 13 people. And they all come prepared and ready to drill you with questions. They sent in a wave of 7 people and they asked questions for about an hour. And then they sent in another wave of 6 people to do the same thing.
Recruiter, Hiring Manager. Spoke with both. Hiring Manger asked questions. was hard to communicate with. did not answer questions. did not let me speak much at all. Controlled the conversation.

what is your greatest weakness, greatest strength.
Straightforward, multiple interviews. Met with recruiter and VP to discuss role. Both very friendly and likeable. Overall process was quite easy. Adding more words to meet 30 word limit. This is too much Glassdoor I just want to see other reviews.
