interviewed with a panel of current employees from various departments, each person at the interview asked a variety of questions to determine my knowledge of mechanical systems, how they are designed, how they are installed, and how they are maintained. The goal of the interview seemed to be more about seeing if I am interested in the work and will fit in with the team than my actual skills.

Interview
Interview went great. They constantly said I am the guy for this job, how badly they need me and my skills. I answered all their questions perfectly and knew when I left I impressed them.
