I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Growisto (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
The process was of 3 steps. Cleared the tech rounds but the guy who interviewed for the guesstimate did not really understand the points I wanted to convey. He said he agreed to everything but then I got a mail saying I was rejected. They seriously need to filter their process of recruitment else they'll just remain 60-70 in numbers. Dude, if you're selecting the candidate and moving him on to the next round, how come you can reject someone on guesstimate despite agreeing to each and every step and approach. You gotta be kidding with this process here. Not going to recommend anyone to apply here for sure.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Growisto (Navi Mumbai) in Oct 2021
Interview
First I was asked to fill out a Google form which had many subjective questions about my personal and professional life. Post which I had a telephonic round in which I was given a guesstimate question. After this round I had another analytical round where the interviewer again asked a guesstimate and asked about my job profile and some questions correlating with the job description.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Growisto in May 2021
Interview
It was timely but I couldn't clear the guesstimate round. It was my first guesstimate. Got one night to prepare for it. It was not enough and I wasn't smart enough to ask for more time.
