I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grow Therapy in Jun 2024
Interview
I only met with a recruiter. She talked really fast. So, it took me a while to understand what she was saying. I have worked in client facing roles for a variety of stakeholders across the care continuum and they seem to be stuck only on work with payers. They didn't see the value of any of my healthcare experience and transferrable skills. I received a denial almost immediately after meeting with the recruiter--which has only happened to me a handful of times. Their application mentions that if you don't meet every single requirement (all but one in my case) to still apply. I do not think this holds true in their interview process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Grow Therapy in Jun 2025
Interview
Initial interview was with the Senior Business Recruiter who aligned on job expectations, my experience, and explained the interview process. The rest of the process involved a series of four more interviews with the hiring manager, the team reporting to the PSM role, and the VP of Customer Experience. There was project work involved which I then presented to a panel of folks during the interview process -- very clear prompt and parameters for the project. Throughout the interview process, communication was consistently clear, timely, and respectful of me as a candidate. The interviewers likewise were professional, respectful, engaged, and well prepared.
