In general i recommend the process. Variety of questions, people was very polite and had a well structure set of questions (they were prepared for the interview). Went a little bit longer than expected in time (3/4 weeks) but overall it was good. Some questions were duplicated along the process, but i imagine most of the candidates get fair evaluation so thats why they get ask by different members some % of similar Qs.
