Interview
First a HR person, for overview. Then hiring manager some more in depth. Then multiple technical interviews and a cultural interview. The technical interview is done by co-workers and the cultural interview by someone in another division and is especially instructed not to assess the technical fit for the role.

The interview process was pretty smooth, all steps were explained very clearly from the start (a LOT of steps) but that is pretty common nowadays. Everyone that interviewed me was very friendly and respectful!

Interview
At the beginning the process was smooth. The first round was with HR, followed by an onsite interview with CPO, Design, and Tech team members. After the successful round, I was asked to complete a case study, which I did with a given deadline. After submission, I never heard from them. No feedback, no reject. No communication that the position has been filled. Waste of time and very unprofessional.
