Grovelands interview questions

Very thorough. Good experience. Seems like a great business with clear objectives. The process was two interviews spanning a total of around three hours. I met with the Managing Consultant and Sales Director.

3 stage interview process, first with internal HR - general getting to know you. Second with a Senior Manager and third with Executive Associate and Head of Business Review. Questions very much based on my previous experience and why I would be good in the role. Generic and easy questions to answer.
