Very simple. Scheduled the interview over email, went up to the restaurant and had a 30 min chat, and I was offered the job 2 days later. They called a few references.

This was a very very long time ago but they did a full on call out for employees. We all showed up and it was basically a 2-day 3-day training. It was a pretty good training and they had us watch a few videos
