Group & Pension Administrators interview questions

Easy, 4-personal virtual interview panel. They were all really nice. They asked me questions on medical terminology as well. Got a call back with 20 minutes after the interview offering a position to me!

The HR director and director of member services were Really friendly , they did test me on basic insurance knowledge like what a deductible, coinsurance and out of pocket is. I also had to look at an explanation of benefits and explain what each piece of information meant. 2 interview process
