Initial interview, writing assessment, and then group interview with many members of the team. Everyone was very friendly but like the previous poster I also felt led on by the extensiveness of the process. Questions felt meant to trip you up. I also think the group was disingenuous about not needing experience, however, I do not know who they ultimately hired.

Be prepared for the process to take well over a month with many rounds of interviews and a writing task. I felt somewhat led on by the level of enthusiasm everyone had.
