Initial call with lovely recruitment person to talk skills/experience. I then met with the interviewing manager to discuss the role and if I'd be a fit, what I was looking to get out of it etc. I then had an experience day. I presented to the interviewing manager and a training colleague. Met with the wider L&D team to get to know them. I also met with the Head of Talent to discuss the role and Ground Control's work generally. All in all I was well communicated with and have joined a lovely team doing interesting work.
