The interview process consisted of 3 separate phone screens with 2 people from HR and the hiring manager, each about 5 days apart. The in-person interview process was conducted at a regional office. There were 3 panel interviews with 2 interviewers in each meeting. Each meeting lasted about an hour to an hour and a half. The first interview was with a director of marketing and an HR generalist. The second interview was with the hiring director and another sales manager. The final interview was with two other sales managers. I was notified one week later of their intent to move forward with another candidate.Overall the process was handled with class and I have a positive overall impression of this company and the people working for it.
