Overall, the interview process included a mix of strong, well-run interactions and areas that could benefit from more consistency. The recruiting experience was a highlight. Communication was clear, expectations were well set, and the process felt transparent and respectful of candidates’ time. The conversation with the hiring manager was also thoughtful and engaging, with meaningful questions and a collaborative tone that reflected strong preparation.
The final leadership interview felt less structured and differed noticeably in tone from the earlier stages. The contrast raised some questions around alignment and interview approach at the executive level. While this did not negate the positive aspects of the process, it did stand out.
That said, the company’s mission and the professionalism demonstrated by much of the team left a positive impression. With greater consistency across leadership interactions, the overall candidate experience could be significantly strengthened.
