Four interviews that spanned 2 months. Long gaps of hearing nothing, then apologies and another interview, and then ghosted by the recruiter. I had to reach out to my internal referral to get a definitive answer.

Interview
Applied to role on company website....received email to schedule a phone interview with internal recruiter...process was about a 10 days from applying to phone interview. Interview was about 30 minutes. Sent follow up emails after interview, ghosted for over 8 weeks with no response until receiving a canned email saying the role was no longer available. This took way too long to say "thanks but no thanks" and not personable to the job-seeker.
