Applied via a personal connection - emailed and requested interview with 3 young managers. Very low key, friendly conversation. Asked to come back immediately to meet with senior controller. Didn't hear back for over 2 weeks and then got an email that they went with someone with industry experience.

Question 1
Have you ever worked with a difficult manager? What qualities do you like in a manager? Can you multi task? Are you a self starter? Very typical.
Three interviews, very casual conversations. Met with multiple directors of accounting groups over teams in 1 day. It was mostly just get to know you-type conversations and moved pretty quickly.

Efficient and quick. Was invited to interview through a college networking event. Met with HR and Accounting department staff at different seniority levels. Then had a phone interview with HR.
Applied for job on official website and completed a in person and a phone interview. Both interviews occurred with multiple people who were kind, engaging, and easy to talk to.
