I was asked for my personal details (like name, etc) and if I had any pronouns ( Kudos for inclusivity). After that, the interviewer mainly asked me behavioural questions to assess if I can work in teams, handle pressure, and multitask. I was also asked questions such as how I could improve engagement at the store or what I can improve.

Interview
It was pretty chill, easy questions, short timing. It didn't take much preparation. I think I did well at the interview but got rejected because of how far I lived from the store.

Application, then interview. A mix of long and short form questions and then going to in person interview stage with a lovely panel of three. I had to answer lots of questions and they were very nice to me
Very friendly and kind. Looks like a good place to work. Did not get the job but they provided very helpful feedback and wished me well. Would definitely try again and go through the process again.
