The interview process was 2 days interview, they were short and quick. I had to also meet the senior head during interview process, which was part of the interview. some reviewed my resume and asked me some interview questions

Interview
Walked in and checked in on the iPad in the front. Was greeted by the recruiter. She explained the position and how the pay structure works. She pretty much hired me on spot but I was hesitant. The CRO called me with her a week later persistently trying to persuade me to come work for them. They are hiring as many people as possible.

Interview
2 step interview. I arrived and the recruiter had an emergency and was not available so I interviewed with the director. He was very knowledgeable and informative about what the position was and what the job duties were.
2nd step interview was with the head of talent acquisition, We did a google meet interview. normal interview questions about background, how did i hear about company and gave information regarding the job
