Interview
There was one interview with the Fund raising assistant manager. The questions were about the time requirements as well as several random questions about political hot button issues. They want to see you face to face to guage how their potential contributors will react when they see you. They want to get a better sense of your personality and how you will react to questions. Mandatory credit and background check.
took a while to get back to me, slow at replying. they sent half of the questions in advance of the interview and the other half were asked on the spot in the interview.

Interview
Group interview was a fun way to enact the interview questions and tasks, and get to know how the job works and what is expected from the role. While it was challenging to be assessed in a group setting, the role was very social so it was good to get the practice prior to training.
