First round was a phone interview with HR. Second round was an in person with technical assessment + group panel. Third and final interview was another phone interview with HR and the person who would be the rotation engineer manager.
I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Greene Tweed (Houston, TX) in May 2019
Interview
HR scheduled a 30 minute behavioral phone interview with me. A week later I was invited to the Houston site for a panel interview. The panel interview started with a 30 minute technical assessment focused on one of their products (sealing systems), which was followed by meeting the panel and explaining my solution to the assessment. The remainder of the interview consisted of additional behavioral questions. A few days later I was invited to a third phone interview (behavioral) with a different HR rep. A week later I was informed that I did not get the offer.
Tips:
Be ready for repetitive questions. Have on mind multiple stories that speak for good behavior (leadership, organization, soft skills, …) and make sure you can explain the stories in detail as the interviewers will ask you follow up questions on your experiences.

Interview
Phone interview was pretty easy. It was with an HR rep and they asked all the normal "tell me about a time when..." questions. They then asked to go over my resume point by point and would ask questions whenever something came up.
