I applied on their website. The first interview was a phone call with the recruiter. It was a pretty standard 30 minute call so they could see if I had the right experiences and if I was interested in the role. Then, I was moved on right away to speak with their Senior Social Media Strategist, who was the hiring manager for this role. We had a great conversation, they had some 'HR-approved' questions that they had to ask me but overall it felt like a conversational, natural flow. I was rejected after that interview, notified by an email from the initial HR contact.
