I had a phone interview as I applied online, then scheduled an interview for in person. Very personable and not just looking at you like a number. They want to make sure you can handle the hot weather you’ll be working in. (All weather conditions technically) while being competent in driving a bigger company vehicle & servicing on Customer‘s property without damaging anything.
