Hello there,
Thank you writing a review about your experience with GreedyGame and its unfortunate that you had a not so pleasant experience in the process.
Here are answers to your questions/ doubts in a chronological order:
1. We ask your ECTC to save the time for both the parties. If the answer to this question doesn't match what we are looking for, we will not go ahead with further process and you can utilise your valuable time in interviewing at other companies.
2. A candidate who is looking for a job, uses social media platforms, is expected to have gone through the JD and then applied for the job. Our JDs that are posted on job portals are meticulous and self explanatory in the most simplistic language. Even after that, if a candidate does not understand the role, we always welcome questions and are ready to clear all the doubts provided you ask!
3. Isn't is great that questions were generic and you could answer them well? Regardless of the fact of the medium the questions were asked on, right answers to generic questions fetch offers.
4. The next step up after you answer the generic questions well is a round of interview which can be over video if the candidate is not in the same city or face to face if the candidate is in the same city. Provided you qualify the screening round.
5. We understand that when a certain output we don't get it we are tend to get disappointed. Whatever is the feedback we make sure we the candidate it aware of it so that they can move forward and grab other opportunities. We value the time each candidate invests in our interview process.
However, whether there is a mutual match of the candidate and organisation's requirement depends on how the process goes.
We wish you good luck with all your future endeavours.
