The “assessment” test you are referring to is one of the many tools we use in our overall hiring process to help us identify the best mutual match. We do require this step for all of our open positions regardless of role you are applying for and again it is one step in making sure we are finding the best fit for you and for GreatAmerica. Also, the compensation you referenced for the Account Support Advisor role is inaccurate as it does not fall below $14/hour. We are happy to discuss compensation with candidates early in the interview process because we understand that is an important factor in your decision.
