Straightforward initial process with phone screen. Once they are serious about you, undergo a panel interview, cognitive test, and interviews with some senior leaders from the team and/or company, which can be intensive.

Situational questions, how you handled a situation with a difficult client, what you wish you did differently, etc.
Quite an awkward interview. I ended up asking about why their Google review ratings were so low and he (obviously) had a canned response. After his response, I said I was interested in reading their terms and agreements to see if it’s something I could align with and think is fair / ethical and the hiring manager was visibly uncomfortable and stuttered telling me he’s fine with it and can rest easy at night…
