I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Great Learning (Bengaluru) in Aug 2025
Interview
The overall interview process was smooth and structured. It started with a basic HR screening call where they asked about my background, current role, notice period and salary expectations. After that, I had a first round with a team lead where they asked questions like why wanted to join Great Learning, why I wanted to leave my current company, and how handle sales pressure or targets. The next step was a role-play round where I was asked to pitch one of the courses i used to pitch in my previous organisation as if were speaking to a potential customer. This round tested my communication and convincing skills. There was also one managerial round where they focused more on my long-term goals, work ethics and cultural fit. Finally, HR contacted me for the final discussion about salary, joining date and documentation. Overall, the process was professional and focused mainly on sales skills and communication.
