Multi-step process for management.
1. Over the phone initial interview. Go over the process and general information.
2. In person interview in one of their locations with 2 of their regional managers.
3. Personality test and aptitude test that are all timed. It will test for the following categories: math, arithmetic, spelling, vocabulary, and accuracy. (takes approx. 90 minutes)
4. They will do a background check in the following categories: credit check, background check, DMV check, and criminal history.
The final step is an offer letter being presented and a final interview.
Overall it was one of the most thorough interviews I've been on thus far.
