Great American Restaurants interview questions

Multi-step process for management. 1. Over the phone initial interview. Go over the process and general information. 2. In person interview in one of their locations with 2 of their regional managers. 3. Personality test and aptitude test that are all timed. It will test for the following categories: math, arithmetic, spelling, vocabulary, and accuracy. (takes approx. 90 minutes) 4. They will do a background check in the following categories: credit check, background check, DMV check, and criminal history. The final step is an offer letter being presented and a final interview. Overall it was one of the most thorough interviews I've been on thus far.

The interview process was very easy, and the employer was super sweet! They also gave me a packet of everything I needed and was very helpful with getting started. I also enjoyed the free food during onboarding.
