Very casual, the interviewer was a genuinely pleasant person with high energy and enthusiasm. I'd describe it as unconventional, where the interview was mostly a conversation about our lives, how we developed into the person we are. I don't think there was a single standard interview question asked. You are expected to be personal and exhibit an outgoing personality.
