Phone screen interview, followed by an in-person interview, and a personality/aptitude test at a later date. In person interview was with three different people - all one on one interviews.

There was a phone interview with HR. Then there was an in person interview with 3 different people. Then there were a couple aptitude and personality tests and a final interview with a psychologist but I've heard they don't always do that.
