Arrogant ceo more interest in his phone than interview. Inexperience in industry and more focused on trying to be a disrupter. Their tech seems basic and they have a long way to go. CEO asked a lot of inappropriate questions that the hr head even had to step in and stop it. Red flags. Bad interview process, more interested in passing a google type interview than testing actual industry experience
