Gravitational Marketing interview questions

Applied online and had an initial interview. Had a second interview over Zoom and a third in person. The in-person interview was with 2 of the company's managers and the COO. The managers were nice, but ultimately just typical agency employees who know very little about marketing. The COO was arrogant and seemed to talk down to those younger than her. She seemed the least knowledgeable about marketing of the 3. When the interview was over she rudely rushed me out and slammed the door behind me. All 3 of them seemed ignorant of the fact that at the end of the day they are just employees at a small agency helping make the owners rich. All in all, it's another faux marketing agency where it's not about actually helping clients, but rather having control over employees.

First it was a phone interview. Second was an in person interview. Finally there was a trial day which you will shadow someone and then you get to do a little test run at the job.
