The interview process was 4 rounds. I felt the interviews were done very well. They were very relaxed and it felt as though they were really trying to get to know me.

Most of the interview was conversation. I already had experience at a different bank, so they weren't trying to test me on that. They were just trying to have good conversation to make sure I would be a good cultural fit for the bank
