1. Resume selection (PhD is preferred, M.Tech is compulsory in case of engineering)
2. Technical Interview (generally taken by a group of 2-3 people from the department only in an online mode or physical mode depending upon the location you are available)
3. Demo class (sometimes happen)
4. Managerial Round

It was a very streamlined process and questions were very relevant. The goal was to assess the overall suitability. It was a two-way engagement as all doubts regarding the position were also satisfactorily answered.

Normal academic interview. The problem is they ask for at least three years' commitment with them. I refused to commit for so long. The salary offered was also not as good to commit for a longer duration
