The process was very simple . Most of the questions was basic interview questions . The questions pertained to why you want to work with people ? Mental health questions etc.

Interview
They gave me a call and described the hiring process, asked me questions about my experience, and required that i get a physical and tb test done out of my own money to be hired into the agency. They also asked for references.
