Grants Plus interview questions

I applied online with a resume and cover letter; engaged in a phone screen with a director; and then had two zoom interviews with various staff. I never heard anything from them despite participating in three interviews. I found this to be extremely rude and dismissive because I spent two months meeting with them and did THREE interviews.

Two lengthy interviews and then ghosted. A few days later, I saw the position reposted. Pretty disrespectful of candidates' time. I understand if it's not a good match, but is it really so much to ask for a company to take a few minutes to send an email rejection? Hire a recruiter if you can't manage this on your own.
