so informal, no questions about experience basically listened to someone babble about themself much of which wasnt relevant to anything regarding the actual position. Just came in and listened to long over detailed speech about the company and how great it was and how many opportunities there were and was asked what I like to do on my personal time

Group interview with management, very basic questions. They just look for body to fill position. No training for job just handed a manual and told tie ask questions if your lost.
