Received an email to interview and had a topic I had to present in front of the college. I was given one week to complete the topic. After the presentation I was told they would call me and they followed up the next day with an offer.

Interview was easy but the recruiter seemed overworked and the pay was about $1,000 per online class. For reference I typically make between $4-$6,000 for a 3 credit class. This place is scam at the expense of instructors and has a weird cult-y vibe.
