Interview
There were two rounds of interviews. The first round was on campus and it was a 45 minute behavioral interview with 2 interviewers. There was also a pre-night dinner held the night before the interview. The final round interview was held in their corporate office of Lake Forest, IL and consisted of an office tour, four 45 minute behavioral interviews, and one 15 minute case interview that mimicked a real situation they had dealt with in the past.

I was given an interview back to back 30 min with 2 people each time. This interview was almost strictly behavior but there were 1 or 2 technical questions to see your thought process.

Was pretargeted by them before our career fair. Met them at the career fair and had a great conversation. Interview was 2 30 minute interviews that were one on one with different people. Behavioral based and conversational.
