Interview
The interview process was great, they reached out with a good message on linkedin (you could tell they had actually seen my profile) and then while the process had many steps (HR, Manager, Business Case, Review, EM, CTO, CEO) the recruter in charge of my case was very attentive and kept me informed at all times. The business case was challenging but very interesting and made me want to work there.

How do you make engineers feel ownership and responsibility with what they code?

Interview
Multi staged. First a screening call with recruiter, then an interview with another product manager where they test product creativity e.g. design a product to help customers do X. Then they set a task to be completed over a week testing SQL, data analysis and product skills which is then discussed with you with a PM and senior PM. Then more interviews with more seniors.
