Gordon interview questions

Well, overall I would say it was a good experience, however I believe they should interview the candidate before proceeding with time consuming test which take place throughout the several step process. Which would have saved my time and their time, considering they judge a book by its cover without even glancing at the table of contents, let alone the first page, which is their loss. The whole process is 4-6 weeks, and I felt they were people you would or could enjoy working with and for, nothing bad there.
