Some managers seemed more serious while others seemed more relaxed, very professional and took notes on all your answers. When sent to the following manager to interview they would go more in depth to some questions and answers. They were really doing to hire the correct individual for their company.

I applied online and about a week later they called me in for an interview. I then went in for my interview and they asked me many questions regarding my motivation level and what I would offer them if they hired me. Overall, it was a good interview and they hired me on the spot.
