Probably the best interview experience I've ever had, from a recruiting perspective. The recruiter was helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond every step of the way. The first round was a recruiter screen that asked me how I would think about opening an ice cream shop to gauge business acumen. The next round was with the hiring manager, who asked me a series of GCA case questions. Thereafter, the last two rounds were with the team lead, who I felt went a little off script, but asked a series of personal questions designed to measure "Googliness", and basically did a deep dive into my background, interests, motivations, successes, failures, and growth. The last round was with another account strategist who asked me behavioral and GCA case questions.
