The main goal of these interviews is the make sure you fit the role both personally and professionally. The questions were not easy, even prepared because they expect you to be fully thinking as the person in the role, which you don't know much yet.
A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin. She was from Korn Ferry, an outsourced HR for Google. She sent me the role description and asked if I was interested in taking part in the selection process. Then she referred me to the Google vacancies website, told me to apply there and text her the confirmation after that.
